Quality Single Accountability Continuum

The Quality Single Accountability Continuum (QSAC) is the Department of Education’s monitoring and evaluation system for public school districts. The system focuses on monitoring and evaluating school districts in five key areas that, based on research, have been identified to be key factors in effective school districts. Public school districts are required to complete a District Performance Review (DPR), which is a self-evaluation of the five key component areas: Instruction and Program, Personnel, Operations, Fiscal Management and Governance.
