Job Goal:
To assist with supervising, managing, and coordinating the business affairs of the districts identified contractually to operate efficiently and effectively to ensure that educational support services help to achieve the educational goals of the district with the available financial resources.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree Preferred
- Valid New Jersey School Business Administrator Certificate or eligibility
- Valid Qualified Purchasing Agent (QPA) Certificate or eligibility to apply
- Understanding of the principles and practices of financial accounting and reporting consistent with statute, code, and GAAP requirements.
- Knowledge of acceptable business practices in school district operations as it relates to budget preparation and administration, risk management, purchasing,transportation, food services, school plant operations, and facility planning.
- Experience in school business operations management and supervision required.
- Demonstrates proficient organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in data entry/management and accurate record keeping; including ability to create and maintain computer generated personnel databases and spreadsheets.
- Required Criminal History Background check and proof of U.S. Citizenship or legal resident alien status.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may deem appropriate.

The Cape May County Special Services School District is looking for talented individuals to add to our contracted professional services team. We specialize in helping community public and private schools including students with disabilities into their classes and programs by providing on-site related services on an as-needed basis. Assignments may be short-term or long-term.

To promote health and safety in the school environment and provide health services to students, faculty and staff; to assist with the teaching of sound health practices.
- Valid NJ Registered Nurse License (RN) and NJ DOE Substitute School Nurse Certificate or NJ DOE School Nurse Certificate
- Demonstrated expertise in school health nursing practice and emergency procedures
- Knowledge of child growth and development, community and family dynamics, current health issues, and wellness education
- Knowledge of community health and social services resources and ability to communicate effectively with non-school health professionals and social service agencies
- Should have experience in pediatrics and /or with physically handicapped and emotionally disturbed children
- Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
