Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- At least two (2) years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping or closely related field
- Familiarity with fund accounting preferred
- Strong computer skills, knowledge of financial accounting software and Microsoft Office

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

ONE-TO-ONE AIDES
Immediate openings, part-time, high school diploma, 10 months, $21 per hour to start, no experience necessary, Monday through Friday, up to 26 hours weekly, responsible for providing supervision, academic, and behavioral support for special needs students
BUS DRIVERS NEEDED
Immediate openings, PT, $26 per/hr, guaranteed 5 hrs per day, current Class B, CDL License with Passenger and School Bus Endorsements required

SUBSTITUTE SCHOOL NURSE
$250 per diem, must have a valid NJ Registered Nurse License (RN) and Substitute School Nurse Certificate or a valid NJ DOE School Nurse Certificate
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid NJ Registered Nurse License (RN) and NJ DOE Substitute School Nurse Certificate or NJ DOE School Nurse Certificate
- Demonstrated expertise in school health nursing practice and emergency procedures
- Knowledge of child growth and development, community and family dynamics, current health issues, and wellness education
- Knowledge of community health and social services resources and ability to communicate effectively with non-school health professionals and social service agencies
- Should have experience in pediatrics and /or with physically handicapped and emotionally disturbed children
- Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
JOB GOALS:
To promote health and safety in the school environment and provide health services to students, faculty and staff; to assist with the teaching of sound health practices.

SUBSTITUTE LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)
$28 per hour, must have a valid LPN license and excellent clinical skills. Substitute LPN will work under the supervision of our school nurses.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with implementation of the nursing care plan.
- Carries out policies of the CMCSSSD as appropriate.
- Completes, maintains and submits accurate clinical records and prepares reports, as needed.
- Utilizes community relationships to contribute to a better public understanding of Agency services.
- Provides emergency treatments as directed and indicated.
- Performs selected nursing procedures in keeping with licensures, such as administration of medications and treatments.
- Observes, records and reports to the appropriate person, patient’s symptoms, reactions, and changes in the condition as indicated.
SKILLS
- Minimum of one year Licensed Practical Nursing experience in community nursing or medical-surgical/hospital setting required.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in written format at all levels.
- Ability to interact with and relate to the problems and difficulties associated with the aging process.
- Able to provide direct care tasks according to the established patient plan of care and under the supervision of an RN.

Low Pressure Black Seal Boiler License helpful but not necessary; $18 per hour; physical demands include use of ladders and extensive walking; aptitude/competence for assigned custodial responsibilities; may be exposed to and required to work during extreme weather; hours may vary to fit the needs of the district. Applicants must hold a valid NJ drivers license; required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status; must be in good physical health with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
